This is a video of Dilyn the morning of her first birthday (yesterday). At one year old Dilyn loves... ...outside. She knows what outside is and loves the birds and the trees. She use to be scared of the grass, but has recently warmed up to it too. ...eating, but she will push the spoon away when it is time to move onto the next course. Right now she absolutely loves Kashi blueberry waffles and fresh bananas. ...being chased and chasing. ...crawling over you as if your not in the way. ...rides in the stroller and her new bike trailer. ...making animal noises (monkey and lamb are her favorite). ...being tossed between me and Mike. She squeels with delight at the anticipation of the next toss. ...books. She pretends she's reading them by 'talking' out loud while she flips the pages. ...waving and saying 'hi' and 'bye, bye'. She surprised strangers by doing this randomly sometimes. ...shopping with mommy because she gets to ride in the shopping cart. ...the weekends because she gets to be with mommy and daddy at the same time. ...sleeping. She goes down by 7:30pm and sleeps till 8am and then takes one nap during the day from 10:30-12:30. ...talking to her stuffed animals after waking up. This could last for over a half hour some times. ...bath time. She says 'bath time' and even helps wash her hair, belly and legs. She pretends she's washing her hair at least 2 or 3 times each day.
